FREE “Chitta Yoga” Interactive Therapeutic Experience
In this discussion and interactive experience, Leslie will share how Chitta Yoga interfaces with Hatha Yoga postures and breath to bring about the desired results of healing the emotional body. Chitta Yoga is that type of yoga (‘union”) designed to heal, harmonize, balance, and release disturbing emotions. “If you have a wounded heart, threat it as you would a wounded eye.” – Pythagoras. The Sanskrit word chitta is defined as “heart feelings.”
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please dress in comfortable clothing suitable for a short period of gentle yoga movements. Question and answer period will be included.
